TACKLES THE SUBJECT OF WEIGHT LOSSi think i had nothing better to do so i decided to just blog down my favourite story book which i felt it is useful to DIETERS!!! i know a hungry person is certainly a insane,fuming, sulky man this is perfectly true as i experienced it myself this author told us about her own complicated live on how she became from a scrawny women to an obesed and had an eating disorder mother. after which she was resolved and she indeed lost up tp 40 kg. thats amazing! here are some of the tips i had taken from the book * shake ur booty*dealing ur hunger pangs-drink water to fill u up. it's perhaps you are dehydrated and not hungry-always keep muesli bars in your bag-eat slowly as ur body need time to recognise that it's full-if it fails , eat some fruit. it's low fat and good for health!* watch the size of ur meals* never skip meals as it slows down ur metabolism rate* must have breakfast*keep a food diary*dun snack in between mealsdiscover new low-fat snakcs* a big no no to fatty food-cookies,cakes,chocolates,chips,pizza,fried food,butter*no alcohol, junk food*eat more fruits and vegetables*eat less sugar and salt and all processed food as they contains loads of trans fats*drink more water*try to distract urself when u are hungry*set small goals* most importantly EXERCISE!!!! partly because of the media lots of ppl believe that thin isPOWERCONTROLSUCCESSBEAUTYACCEPTANCEPOPULARITYU ARE NOT JUDGED AS MUCHwell, i think all these are bullshitmost importantly is our own health that is concerned
